ABOUT CAKES AND MORE

My name is Suzan Batada and I want to become a professional baker and pastry chef. I love to make cakes, it tires me a lot, but the final cake is always worth it whether it comes out the way I want or not. I have got to learn a lot about the tricks and basic measures to be taken to improve the skills and finishing of the cake by trying different things at home, and I have gone through loads of troubles and challenges along the way. In this blog, I want to share my experience and learnings out of it.
